Arguably the ‘Greatest Speech Ever Made’ in recorded history was given by a great comedian and commentator by the name of Charlie Chaplin. The music and the additional modern day videos make it just amazing. Sadly the final speech in his film, The Great Dictator, is nearly a hundred years old. Who speaks for us now?
